By browsing our fashion collections, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our complementary policies: Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Payment Policy.
2. Eligibility & Age Policy
The Shakir Stop’s is an all-inclusive women’s ethnic and fusion apparel boutique presenting Kurtis, Co-ord Sets, Maxi Dresses, and traditional wear. There is no age restriction to visit or browse our store.
Individuals of all age groups are welcome to explore our collections. Any financial purchase or transaction conducted by a minor must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian using authorized payment methods.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
You may place orders as a guest or create a personalized profile using standard registration or Sign in with Google. As an account holder, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and connected authentication devices.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete delivery addresses, contact numbers, and recipient details at checkout.
- Promptly alert our care desk if you suspect any unauthorized access to your store profile.
4. Products, Pricing & Craftsmanship
We take exceptional care in presenting fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and sizing as true to life as possible. Please note:
- Digital Screen Representation: Minor variations in garment color shades may occur due to studio lighting, digital photography, and specific mobile/desktop display screen calibrations.
- Measurements & Fit: Standard size charts are provided on every product page. Hand-stitched garments may exhibit a normal craftsmanship tolerance of ±0.5 to 1 inch.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
5. Orders & Store Cancellation Rights
Order confirmation emails or SMS messages acknowledge receipt of your order request. The Shakir Stop’s reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to fulfillment under the following circumstances:
If a chosen size is out of stock or does not meet our two-stage pre-dispatch quality standards.
In the rare event of an unforeseen typographical pricing error or system glitch on our portal.
If delivery partners are temporarily unable to service the provided delivery pincode safely.
If your prepaid order is canceled by The Shakir Stop’s due to any of the reasons above, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method (bank account/UPI) within 3–7 business days without deductions.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All material displayed on this portal—including brand logos, brand names, product photography, editorial lookbooks, styling videos, text, graphics, icons, and codebase—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Shakir Stop’s and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
No entity or individual may scrape, duplicate, download, reproduce, or commercially exploit any photos, logos, or designs belonging to The Shakir Stop’s without express written permission. Any infringement will be subject to strict legal prosecution.
7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Shakir Stop’s shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, logistics delays caused by natural events or regional courier strikes. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the transaction value paid for the respective order.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions conducted through the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of the use of the platform or purchases made, both parties irrevocably agree that the competent courts situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction.
